This location offers privacy and proximity to not only Breckenridge Ski Resort and Main Street shopping, dining and nightlife but also Copper Mountain, Winter Park, Keystone, Beaver Creek, Vail, Loveland Pass and Arapahoe Basin.

5 bedrooms that easily sleeps 14!

2 on the main floor, both with king pillow-top beds and walk-in closets (master suite has own gas fireplace)

2 upstairs both with queen beds

1 bedroom in the basement with a King bed and a full/twin bunk bed

Also a Queen pull out couch in the basement

There is an additional queen sleeper couch in the basement living area as well as a queen air mattress, bring the total beds to 9 beds (3 king, 4 queen, 1 full, 1 twin).

3 on the main floor (master bath has 2-person heated jetted whirpool Jacuzzi soaking tub, dual sinks and huge custom travertine shower with dual rain shower heads; powder bath and guest bath with tiled shower/deep soaking tub)

2-car garage with huge driveway – plowed regularly.

The roads from the house to Breckenridge and the easy-access driveway are plowed but plan on 4WD if you are visiting during snowy months (December through April). Home is nestled in a High Alpine community (11,500') so we do get a fair amount of snow in the winters months.

No smoking, pets negotiable for an additional fee and deposit.

Minimum age requirement for primary renter who will sign the rental agreement is 21.

The home has 5 bedrooms, with 7 beds. 3 king beds, 2 queen beds and a full/twin bunk bed, a pull out sofa and an air mattress available. Pull out sofa is in basement. Please contact owner if you have more that 12 guests.
